I’ve got one app that you should add though – FeedMagnet – it should be on the list of Social Tools and Apps. FeedMagnet helps companies harness social media by aggregating everything they are saying or things their customers are saying about them, and then making the unified feed available for marketing purposes. Kind of like FriendFeed, but for business. Live updates for conferences and events. Real-time filtered and moderated customer endorsements for your company/products.
