What’s new in Photoshop CS5?

When is Photoshop CS5 coming out?
UPDATED: Adobe Photoshop CS5 has now been released (see Adobe’s website to order Photoshop CS5).
So whats new in Photoshop CS5?
Structural image editing -this looks like fun to me, I’m not sure how accurate it will be but look at the video below and see what will be possible. I just love the way you can select an object and it disappears. Just like magic.

There are also some amazing intellegent spot healing and patch tools…….
This video is a look at the new and improved spot healing and fill tool.
Fun with paint and colour is also on the menu.

CS5 will apparently have much better multi-threading capability enabling it to exploit multi core or multiple processors more effectively.
Apple will soon be launching 6 and twelve core Pro machines.
