The Requirements Engineering training course is designed to be both
practical and participative. Theoretical concepts are introduced and
are then
reinforced through practical exercises and a running case study where
participants can apply the skills and techniques of analysis in a
realistic
project simulation.

- Describe the technical and interpersonal skills required of a systems
analyst
- Conduct effective fact-finding interviews
- Use a range of other fact-finding techniques, such as observation,
