Six Sigma Strategy Training UK - course outline
Six Sigma is a management philosophy so it is appropriate that
the training should start with management. This 3 day Six Sigma Strategy
training course is the first critical element in a strategic deployment
of Six Sigma.
It is split into two parts, during the first two days the various
elements of the strategy are developed. The management team then spends
4 to 6 weeks verifying their assumptions and collect data on actual
process performance. The final day reviews the performance data, verifies
the strategy and chooses the initial Six Sigma projects and champions.
This Six Sigma Strategy training course is designed for the management
team and other senior managers who have an important role in business
performance improvement. The benefits to the organisation
of defining a solid foundation for Six Sigma will be significant
as will be the message of management commitment. All attendees should
also have attended the Introduction to Six Sigma Concepts and Processes.
