Software Test Management Training – ISEB accredited

Software Test Management will increase delegate awareness and skills in managing the test effort.

This course includes creating a test policy, a test strategy, a project test plan, and a phase test plan. Delegates explore what is required to produce documents which are effective in communicating key points, such as risks outstanding, test estimates (time and resources), and the impact of poor quality requirements or software. Attention is also given to how test progress can be reported, and how to use executive summaries in order to deliver key messages to relevant stakeholders.
