This 5 day course PRINCE2 training course is designed to provide you with a detailed understanding of the PRINCE2 approach and the ability to apply the method to your own working environment.

This will be achieved during the PRINCE2 training course by a combination of slide presentations and scenario based work, designed to prepare you for the PRINCE2 Foundation Examination and the Objective PRINC2 Practitioner Examination.

Who Sould Attend our PRINCE2 Practitioner Training Course

This PRINCE2 Practitioner Training course is aimed at any level of project staff that requires a formal qualification in the project management method.

PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner Exams

This PRINC2 Training course prepares delegates to sit the PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner Exams which are set by APMG. The 1-hour PRINCE2 Foundation paper on day 3 is a closed book examination which consists of 75 multiple choice questions. The 3-hour Objective Practitioner paper on day 5 is scenario based and contains a mix of Classic Style Multiple choice, Yes/No, Multiple Response, Matching, Sequencing and Assertion/Reason style questions.

PRINCE2 Practitioner Training Course Content

Become a PRINCE2 Registered Practitioner by completing both the PRINCE2 Foundation and PRINCE2 Practitioner Conversion training courses and get both certificates.

PRINCE2 Practitioner Training Days 1-3

Learn PRINCE2 basics and terminology with PRINCE2 Foundation. PRINCE2 Foundation can be studied on its own or as a pre-requisite for the PRINCE2 Practitioner course.

PRINCE2 Practitioner Training Days 4-5

Become a PRINCE2 Registered Practitioner by putting the theory from your PRINCE2 Foundation course into practice with the PRINCE2 Practitioner Conversion course.

PRINCE2 Practitioner Training Course Prerequisites:

Delegates attendting this PRINCE2 Practitioner training course will need to complete the pre course reading list provided prior to attending the course. Although not essential some project managment experience will be of benefit.

Practitioner Training Course Recommended Reading

Pre-Course Work and Reading
Delegates attending the PRINCE2 Practitioner Training Course will receive a copy of the PRINCE2 Manual and a pre-course Workbook prior to attending. It is strongly advised that delegates begin the pre-course work and reading no later than 3 weeks prior to the course start date.
