This ITIL training course is designed to prepare delegates to sit the ITIL Foundation Certificate examination, a one-hour, multiple-choice paper, which is taken during the ITIL V3 course and included in our fees.
The ITIL training workshop provides an intensive introduction to the ITIL service management framework, providing a “best practice” approach to all aspects of the service lifecycle which is designed to enable successful delivery and support of quality IT Services.
ITIL® V2 - V3 Managers Bridge Training
The ITIL V2 - V3 Managers Bridge Training Course is intended for those who currently hold a pre-v3 Managers Certificate in IT Service Management and who are well-versed in ITIL’s terminology and processes.
This five-day ITIL v2-v3 Managers Bridging Course provides you with a very intense and focused overview of the new and modified topics in ITIL v3.
