PRINCE2 Training Courses
At our Brighton based training centre we host PRINCE2 courses at Foundation and Practitioner level, including a combined PRINCE2 Training course which includes both Foundation and Practitioner Certification.
These hands-on workshops are intensive sessions covering all aspects of the highly popular and effective PRINCE2 principles, under the guidance of our skilled trainers, who all bring their own real-world experience of PRINCE2 Project Management in practice.
Delegates can opt to take the PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner Conversion courses separately, which run for three days and two days respectively, or take the combined five-day bundle at a reduced fee. All of our PRINCE2 courses include Examinations and Certification.

PRINCE2 Foundation Training
This PRINCE2 training course runs for three days and thoroughly introduces delegates to the fundamental principles and terminology of the PRINCE2 project management methodology and how this translates to the workplace.
The interactive approach familiarises delegates with the defined organization structure of PRINCE2 and readies delegates for the PRINCE2 Foundation Examination; the fee for this exam is included in the course fees and takes place in the Brighton Training Centre.
We recommend that delegates have a little project management experience prior to coming on the PRINCE2 course, although this is not mandatory. There is also pre-course reading provided, which will allow delegates to familiarise themselves with the PRINCE2 principles.

PRINCE2 Practitioner Conversion Training
The PRINCE2 Practitioner Conversion training course runs for two days and is the next step for those wishing to master this invaluable Project Management methodology. The PRINCE2 course is structured to bestow a thorough understanding of the PRINCE2 basics upon delegates, ensuring well-planned projects that meet their objectives within manageable and controllable stages.
Delegates will look at the Practitioner Exam in detail and cover the various topics in sample PRINCE2 exam papers. After extensive preparation, delegates sit the PRINCE2 Practitioner Examination at the Brighton Training Centre.
This PRINCE2 Practitioner Training is for those who already have passed the PRINCE2 Foundation Certificate. Reading material will also be provided before the PRINCE2 course begins.

PRINCE2 Practitioner Training
This PRINCE2 training course runs for five days and combines both the PRINCE2 Foundation Training and PRINCE2 Practitioner Conversion Training courses. Delegates will learn the PRINCE2 principles in detail, from the basics to the fine points of applying PRINCE2 in the workplace. The PRINCE2 course combines trainer presentation, interactive work based on real life scenarios and practice exam papers, in order to thoroughly prepare delegates for the PRINCE2 examinations. These consist of the PRINCE2 Foundation exam on day two and the PRINCE2 Practitioner exam on day 5.
Although no prior qualifications or experience is required for this PRINCE2 Practitioner course, it is beneficial to have some project management experience. The PRINCE2 Manual and our own workbook will be provided before the course commences.
