Silicon Beach Training is an Accredited Training Organisation (ATO) for PRINCE2 training and offers a full range of PRINCE2 courses which include Examinations and Certification at both Foundation and Practitioner level, with pass rates well above the national averages.
We also provide our own range of Project Management training courses. All Project Management training courses are hands-on workshops delivered by experienced Project Managers with a wealth of real-world Project Management experience. Project Management Training can be booked with our Microsoft Project Course.
Our PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner training courses run as seperate 3-day and 2-day modules, or as a combined 5-day package including both PRINCE2 exams:

PRINCE2 Foundation Training

This 3 day PRINCE2 Foundation training course provides a detailed understanding of the PRINCE2 approach and the ability to apply the method to your own working environment. This hands-on PRINCE2 training workshop prepares delegates for the PRINCE2 Foundation Examination, which is taken during the training course and is included in the course fees.
PRINCE2 Practitioner Conversion Training
This 2 day PRINCE2 Practitioner Conversion training course is for delegates who have already attained PRINCE2 Practitioner Certification. It prepares delegates for the Objective PRINCE2 Practitioner Certification, which is taken during the Prince2 Practitioner training course and is included in the Prince2 training course fees.
PRINCE2 Practitioner Training
SPECIAL RATE - PRINCE2 Practitioner Training 12 - 16 April: £995 + vat
This 5 day combined PRINCE2 training course prepares delegates to take both the PRINCE2 Foundation and Objective PRINCE2 Practitioner Examinations, which are taken within the PRINCE2 course and included in the course fees.
Introduction to Project Management Training
This 1-day Introduction to Project Management training course provides delegates with a tool-kit of best practice project management skills. It covers the skills required to successfully implement any project, within budget and on schedule.

With our Project Management and MS Project training package you can book our Project Management training and MS Project training courses together for just £645 + vat (£715 booked seperately).
Programme Management Training
Programme management is the co-ordinated management of a portfolio of projects to achieve a set of objectives. This one-day Programme Management training course trains you in the process, methods and skills required to manage a programme, and to deliver the expected benefits from the programme.
IT Project Management Training
