Introduction to Project Management Training
Just a short note to say that following on from the project management training, I've had a follow up session with everyone together identifying the tools that they and I thought would be most useful to incorporate into our procedures. They all said that they got a lot out of the training, and the tools identified as being most useful were the scoping and work breakdown tools as well as looking more in depth at project risk. In the last week, we have gone on to use these tools on three projects, and have found that they have helped very much.
