Those interested in learning how to use these proven best practice principles should take Lean Green Belt Training followed by Six Sigma Black Belt Conversion Training. Alternatively, we offer a Six Sigma Black Belt Training Package which consists of 15 days overall and is comprised of convenient modular stages which cover both Green and Black Belt certification. For those who will not be managing a Six Sigma project and just need a basic understating as part of a project team, we also provide Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Training.

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Training Course

This Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course focuses on the essence of Six Sigma projects, which is grasping and using the Define Measure Analyse Improve and Control (DMAIC) model. Lean Six Sigma training will pay particular attention to cost and speed, alongside the other Six Sigma concerns of quality and customer focus, leaving managers and team members equipped to strategically deliver effective projects.

Managers, project managers, team leaders, consultants and team members are all welcome to attend this Six Sigma course, with no prior knowledge required.

Six Sigma Black Belt Conversion Training Course

This intensive Black Belt Training Course runs for ten days and incorporates the key Six Sigma elements that aren't included at Green Belt level. Delegates can undertake a live project between the two weeks of the course, with a month’s gap after week one. The intensive course will provide delegates with the skills to carry out their own Six Sigma projects in the workplace, having applied the DMAIC performance model, measured their performance, applied advanced statistical analysis tools and used Minitab to analyse data and process capability.

This Six Sigma course is open to both managers and project team members who wish to gain a thorough understanding of the Six Sigma principles. Prior to attending, delegates must have taken our Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course or equivalent and have completed at least one Six Sigma project.
