Business Process Management Course

It is essential that successful businesses adapt and manage their processes to mirror changes to their organization, staff, clients or technologies. This intensive course runs for two days and looks at the skills needed to identify, analyse and redesign business processes. From developing a business process strategy, adapting processes to stakeholder needs, applying processes, managing processes and identifying business benefits following process change, delegates will gain a thorough understanding of the Business Process Management basics.

This course is open to Project Managers, Programme Managers, Managers, Consultants, Team Leaders and team members. Experience of the design and management of processes in a business context is useful, but there is no prerequisite for attending this Process Management Course.
