Programme Management Training Course

Our intensive one-day Programme Management course builds on the skills needed to undertake managing a programme of projects. From creating a programme strategy and developing risk management strategies, to monitoring systems and communicating results, delegates will gain a thorough knowledge of the Programme Management basics. This hands-on Programme Management training session will involve many group activities, designed to give delegates a good understanding of Programme Management in practice.

There is no prerequisite for those interested in attending this course, although experience in running a programme of projects or some Project Management experience would be beneficial. Our Risk Management Training also acts as a good complementary course.
