MSP Foundation Training
The aim of this MSP Foundation training course is to provide delegates with a comprehensive understanding of MSP and to prepare for the MSP Foundation Exam. This MSP training course covers the first three days of our 5 day MSP Practitioner course and includes the MSP Foundation Exam which is taken on the 3rd day.
MSP Practitioner Training
Our MSP Practitioner training course prepares delegates for the MSP Foundation and Practitioner Exams, as well as providing a comprehensive understanding of MSP. This MSP course includes the same content in our 3 day MSP Foundation course and the MSP Foundation exam, along with an additional 2-days of training to prepare for the MSP Practitioner Exam.
MSP Practitioner Conversion Training
The aim of this MSP Practitioner Conversion training course is to prepare delegates for the MSP Practitioner Exam. Delegates must have passed the MSP Foundation exam before attending this course - see our MSP Foundation Training course for more details.
Programme Management Course
This Programme Management course runs for a day and trains delegates in the procedures and skills necessary for managing and reaching targets for a group of projects. In contrast to Project Management Training, delegates will learn skills needed to manage multiple inter-related projects.
