To achieve the ISEB International Diploma in Business Analysis delegates must pass two Core Business Analysis Module exams, one Knowledge Based Specialism Module exam and one Practitioner Specialism Module exam. In addition, they must also pass a 45-50 minute Oral Examination.

This course has been created for those requiring an understanding of how business benefits are managed to facilitate their delivery. The delivery of business benefits relies in part upon effective testing and implementation of business solutions and the course also covers these areas.
The Foundation Certificate in Business Analysis training encompasses a broad range of techniques within the structure of the business analysis process model. The qualification is based upon the BCS publication, Business Analysis.
IT-enabled Business Change provides an introduction to the business change process and the range of techniques used in the identification and development of business changes that have been enabled by information technology. IT-enabled Business Change offers an approach that extends from the initial investigation of the organisation through a business change lifecycle to the implementation of the proposed changes.
ISEB Foundation in IS Project Management focuses on project management issues in the context of IS/IT applications. The course considers the nature of projects and project work and the need for effective project planning. It then focuses on monitoring and control, change control, configuration management and quality issues, before considering project estimation and risk.
