The International Diploma in Business Analysis explained
To achieve the ISEB International Diploma in Business Analysis delegates must pass two Core Business Analysis Module exams, one Knowledge Based Specialism Module exam and one Practitioner Specialism Module exam. In addition, they must also pass a 45-50 minute Oral Examination.

Business Analysis Essentials Training
The ISEB Business Analysis Essentials training course is designed to be both practical and participative. A theoretical background is provided but the emphasis of the course is on a realistic case study, based on a genuine consultancy assignment, on which the participants work.
Requirements Engineering Training
This Requirements Engineering course is designed to be both practical and participative. Modelling Business Processes Training
This Modelling Business Processes course is designed to be both practical and participative. It provides a comprehensive framework for process improvement and explores tools and techniques within this framework.

This course has been created for those requiring an understanding of how business benefits are managed to facilitate their delivery. The delivery of business benefits relies in part upon effective testing and implementation of business solutions and the course also covers these areas.
Foundation in Business Analysis Training
The Foundation Certificate in Business Analysis training encompasses a broad range of techniques within the structure of the business analysis process model. The qualification is based upon the BCS publication, Business Analysis.
Foundation in IT-Enabled Business Change Training
IT-enabled Business Change provides an introduction to the business change process and the range of techniques used in the identification and development of business changes that have been enabled by information technology. IT-enabled Business Change offers an approach that extends from the initial investigation of the organisation through a business change lifecycle to the implementation of the proposed changes.
Foundation in IS Project Management Training
ISEB Foundation in IS Project Management focuses on project management issues in the context of IS/IT applications. The course considers the nature of projects and project work and the need for effective project planning.
