Businesses employing between 2 and 249 people can receive up to £1000 government funding towards training via the Leadership and Management grant from the Skills Funding Agency

This can be a great help towards funding essential training for your business, especially in difficult economic times when budgets are tight. The grants can be applied to either public or private training courses from Silicon Beach Training.

The Leadership and Management Advisory Service is funded by the Skills Funding Agency. The funding is targeted at managers, business owners or anyone responsible for the direction of the organisation they work for – this applies to public and voluntary organisations, as well as private businesses.
