When do the training courses start?

All courses start at 10am and run until 5pm, except:
Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt courses start at 8.45 am and run until 5.15 pm
All ISEB courses start at 9 am and run until 5 pm
All PRINCE2TM courses start at 9.30 am and run until 5 pm

Please arrive 15 minutes before your course start time for registration and coffee

Lunch

There is an hour for lunch and there are many restaurants and cafes in the busy North Laines area to choose from. We do not provide Lunch

What do I need?

For most courses you just need yourself and a CD to save your work. You will be advised in your confirmation e-mail if you need to bring anything else

Prerequisites

All courses have prerequisites; please be sure you are aware of these before a course. All clients attending IT courses are expected to have basic keyboard and mouse skills.

Payment

The course fee must be paid, in full, no later than 4 weeks prior to the start of the course. Silicon Beach Training reserves the right to re-allocate the course place to another delegate if fees are not paid in time.

Cancelling training courses

If the client wishes to postpone or cancel a course, the following cancellation fees will be charged:

Between 2 and 4 weeks          50% of outstanding course fees
Less than 2 weeks                  100% of outstanding course fees

Delegates attending any part of a course will be charged the full amount. No refund can be issued where clients leave the course early.

Changing delegate details

There will be no charge if a substitute person wishes to replace the original delegate. Please inform our office of any change to the original booking.

Cancellation of course by Silicon Beach Training and changes to course content

Silicon Beach Training’s courses are constantly updated and improved and Silicon Beach reserves the right to alter course content.

Silicon Beach reserves the right to cancel a course at any time without liability. In these circumstances, delegates will be offered an alternative date or credit note.
