Certified ScrumMaster TrainingThe ScrumMaster is an important member of the Scrum Team. Their responsibilities include:

  • Coaching the Scrum Team
  • Maintaining effective Scrum Team dynamics
  • Ensuring cross-functional collaborative working
  • Removing impediments and outside interruptions to allow the Scrum Team to work without distractions

The ScrumMaster Course includes a mixture of:

  • Practical exercises
  • Case studies 
  • Discussions 

The content of the Scrum Master Course provides delegates with all the knowledge a ScrumMaster needs to run a successful Scrum Project.

At the end of the Scrum Master Training Course, delegates will be designated Certified ScrumMaster (CSM). This is the first step towards becoming a Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP). 

Certification provides delegates with two years' membership of the Scrum Alliance. Memebers received additional material and information just for Certified ScrumMasters.

We also offer Certified Scrum Product Owner Training for those who want to take on the role of the Scrum Product Owner.
