The Scrum Team includes the ScrumMaster who leads the Scrum Team and the Product Owner who represents the values of the clients and stakeholders.
Scrum is a lightweight and simple framework but can be extremely difficult to master. Our Scrum courses include Certified ScrumMaster Training and Certified Scrum Product Owner Training. Both courses provide delegates with the certification to drive successful Scrum Projects.
The aim Scrum training is not simply to become become a certified Scrum Master, but to fill in the gaps in your agile project management processes, and leave with new ideas that can be implimented as soon as you return to work.

Certified ScrumMaster Training
This 2-day ScrumMaster Training Course provides delegates with the practical knowledge required to run a successful Scrum Project. At the end of the course delegates will be designated a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and will be able to take part in Scrum projects.
ScrumMaster Training is beneficial for anybody who wants to perform the role of ScrumMaster or wants to be involved in a Scrum Team in any role.
Certified Scrum Product Owner Training
The Product Owner is an important member of the Scrum Team. Certified Scrum Product Owners (CSPO's) represent the clients in a project and is responsible for prioritising items in the product backlog.
Our Certified Scrum Product Owner Training Course provides delegates with the knowledge to take part in and complete a successful Scrum Project.
