Earn your PRINCE2 Practitioner certificate - the top industry-recognised project management qualification - with PRINCE2 Practitioner training in Brighton.

Our hands-on 5 day course will prepare you to sit - and pass - both the PRINCE2 Foundation & Practitioner exams which are taken as part of the course and always included in the course fees.

During the week you will cover both the PRINCE2 Foundation & PRINCE2 Practitioner Conversion courses. These can be separately if you prefer to split your PRINCE2 training across two weeks, but if you take them together you save £545!

A PRINCE2 qualification will broaden your project management toolkit and help you deliver projects that meet objectives within budget and on time. The PRINCE2 framework gives you a structured approach for managing projects of any size or type - across many different industries.

The PRINCE2 Exams

The PRINCE2 Foundation exam is a one hour multiple choice paper that tests your knowledge of PRINCE2, and is taken on day three of the course.

The PRINCE2 Practitioner exam is a 2.5 hour Objective Test (basically a complex multiple choice exam!) that tests how you would apply the principles and techniques of PRINCE2 to a given project scenario. This is taken on day five of the course.

We are so confident in our high pass rates (98%  and the ability of our trainers that if you don't pass your PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner exam first time round, you can resit the training for free.

Your exam retakes are charged at cost price. You must retake the training within 6 months of your original course.

By passing the PRINCE2 Practitioner exam, you attain ‘Registered Practitioner’ status.  You must be familiar with the APMG-International Terms and Conditions of Certification which can be found here.

PRINCE2 Practitioner Pre-Course Reading

Before you attend one of our PRINCE2 training courses we'll provide you with the official PRINCE2 Manual and our own bespoke pre-course workbook.  Our workbook guides you through the PRINCE2 Manual in an accessible and easy to understand way - giving you a solid base of knowledge before the course starts and allowing more time to be spent on the practical applications.

PRINCE2 Practitioner Training Prerequisites

We ask that you begin the pre-course workbook three weeks before the course starts, and finish all the reading before your training. Experience working on projects is useful, but not essential.
