Before you attend one of our PRINCE2 training courses we'll provide you with the official PRINCE2 Manual and our own pre-course workbook.  Our workbook guides you through the PRINCE2 Manual in an accessible and easy to understand way. This will provide a solid base-knowledge of PRINCE2 before the course starts and increases your chances of passing the exams.

The PRINCE2 Exams

The PRINCE2 Foundation exam is a one hour multiple choice paper that tests your knowledge of PRINCE2.  This is taken on day three of the course.

The PRINCE2 Practitioner exam is a 2.5 hour Objective Test (basically a complex multiple choice exam!) that tests how you would apply the principles and techniques of PRINCE2 to a given project scenario.  This is taken on day five of the course.

The first 3 days of this 5-day course cover the PRINCE2 Foundation Syllabus, including:

Pre-Course Work and Reading

Delegates will receive a copy of the PRINCE2 Manual and a pre-course Workbook prior to attending. It is strongly advised that delegates begin the pre-course work and reading no later than 3 weeks prior to the course start date.
