VIDEO: How Does a PRINCE2 Course Run?

PRINCE2 is a structured project management methodology that can be applied to small or large projects across many industries.

By taking the PRINCE2 Foundation course with us - and passing the exam - you'll get the most widely recognised project management qualification in the world!

From basic principles and techniques, through scenario-based applications, right up to taking the exam, our PRINCE2 Foundation course is widely recognised for giving you everything you need to work on projects within the PRINCE2 framework.

If you want to gain the PRINCE2 Practitioner qualification as well as Foundation, we also provide the PRINCE2 Practitioner training course which takes you through both exams.

The PRINCE2 Foundation Exam

The PRINCE2 Foundation exam is a one hour multiple choice paper, taken on day three of the course. The cost is included in the fees above - no hidden extras here!

PRINCE2 Foundation Course Pre-Course Reading

We give you the PRINCE2 Manual and our own pre-course workbook to go through in the weeks leading up to the course. Our experience is that this gives you the best chance of passing the exam as it allows our trainers to spend more time with you on the important practical applications of the PRINCE2 theory - after all, that's why you're here!

PRINCE2 Foundation Course Prerequisites

Some experience working as part of a project team is preferred but not essential
We strongly advise that you begin the pre-course work and reading no later than 3 weeks before the course start date, and ask that you complete it before the course begins
