Photography Competition Terms and Conditions

Photography Competition Terms and Conditions:

1. To qualify to enter the competition you must be 18 years old or over. You must not be an employee of Silicon Beach Training.
2. Images submitted must belong to the entrant. One entrant may submit a maximum of two images. Silicon Beach Training reserves the right to verify the legibility of applications.
3. In order to qualify for the prizes, your entry must be received by the closing date. Entries not received by the closing date will be disqualified.
4. The prizes are not transferable and cannot be substituted for a cash alternative.
5. In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, conduct or the results of any competition, the decision of Silicon Beach Training shall be final.
6. Entry to the competition is via flickr or email only - email attachments no larger than 3MB.
7. The winner will be selected from those entries received before the closing date.
8. Only the winning applicant will be contacted by Silicon Beach Training. Silicon Beach Training's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. The winner's name may be published on the Silicon Beach Training blog after the closing date of the competition, it will be announced on twitter so don't forget to follow us @SBTtraining, and on our facebook page
   
10. The winner may be requested to make themselves available for promotion or publicity of their photography.
11. Copyright in all images submitted for this competition remains with the respective entrants. Each entrant grants a non-exclusive worldwide licence to Silicon Beach Training Limited to feature any or all of the submitted images in any of their publications, their websites and/or in any promotional material connected to this competition. Images submitted will never be used for anything unconnected to this specific photography competition without written permission from the photographer.
12. The competition and the terms and conditions of this agreement will be governed by English law. 

By entering this competition, applicants agree to be bound by the above terms and conditions.
