MSP Foundation Training

The aim of this MSP  training course is to provide delegates with a comprehensive understanding of MSP and to prepare for the MSP Foundation Exam. The MSP Foundation course covers the first three days of our 5 day MSP Practitioner course and includes the MSP Foundation Exam which is taken on the 3rd day.

MSP provides a proven set of principles and processes for the effective management of Programmes (a portfolio of projects). MSP is a flexible approach for managing a full Programme lifecycle and can be adapted to suit your organisation’s needs.

Delegates wishing to obtain the MSP Practitioner Qualification can attend our accredited five day MSP Practitioner Training Programme which includes the three day MSP Foundation course - £995 + vat

Alternatively - you can take just this MSP Foundation training course and return for our MSP Practitioner Conversion Training course at a later date if you wish to upgrade your MSP Certification.
