Course Pre-requisites:
Audience: This Windows 7, Enterprise Desktop Support Technician training course is intended for Windows 7 desktop support technicians who resolve Tier 1 and 2 problems on desktop computers. A minimum of three years of experience configuring and supporting desktop or laptop operating systems is recommended.
