VIDEO: What is PRINCE2?
Our Lead PRINCE2 Trainer Claudine explains what PRINCE2 is, and how a 5-day PRINCE2 Practitioner Training course runs:

Colin – Today we’re here with our lead trainer for PRINCE2 – Claudine. We’re just going to fire some questions at her about PRINCE2. So firstly what is PRINCE2 and who is it for?
Claudine – PRINCE2 is a project management method that enables even novice users to manage a project from start to finish. It has some good processes that tell you how to get from A to B and how to manage your projects with some of the important elements that are involved.
Colin – Tell us about a PRINCE2 Practitioner 5 day course and how it runs.
Claudine – The first 3 days of the course are around the PRINCE2 Foundation exam where we cover all the material, everything that PRINCE2 entails, which is – Principles, Themes and Processes. All covered in those first 3 days with an exam at the end of the third day. Days 4 and 5 are at a slightly different pace; most of the delegates really enjoy the fact that it’s a slightly slower pace. We get some studying done on the 4th day with revision of exam papers and discussions on the previous experiences and scenarios. Friday starting with a little more revision and then an exam at the end, which is the PRINCE2 Practitioner exam.
