Leadership is about behaviour first and skills second. Trust and Respect need to be established before people will naturally follow a Leader. Leadership is not the same as management. Management roles revolve around relies more on planning, organisation and communications. Leaders will need good management skills, but to be a great leader involves qualities such as honesty, humility, integrity, determination, awareness, courage, commitment, sincerity, passion, confidence, positivity, wisdom and compassion.
