WordPress Training Course Launched

wordpress-trainingOver the past 12 months we’ve seen a marked increase in demand for training on Content Management Systems, and today sees the launch of our new WordPress training course. This expands our CMS training offering in addition to the Joomla training course we launched recently. We also offer Social Media training for those who need to know how to make the most of their blog.

Both Joomla and WordPress provide platforms to create and administer professional, standards-compliant blogs and websites via user-friendly interfaces, meaning that people with no previous web design or programming experience can confidently develop and publish web-content without having to rely on a webmaster. You can check out our recent blog post for a comparison of Joomla and WordPress, which has created a fair bit of discussion!

Whilst tools like Dreamweaver remain popular with web developers because of the flexibility they provide in terms of design and coding, Content Management Systems like Joomla and WordPress provide more scope for easily adding user interactivity and social networking features like comment boards and polls, which would otherwise require more in-depth programming expertise to create from scratch.

If you have any questions about our Joomla Training or WordPress Training courses please feel free to call us on 01273 622272 or e-mail info@siliconbeachtraining.co.uk
